"Throughout the rest of April until 17 May, Scottish Parliament is surveying tenants and landlords on their views on rent controls to scrutinise the bill. The evidence gathered from this survey will support or undermine the legislation and so will have a powerful impact on whether or not tenants across Scotland have the security to afford their homes.
