     @shrimp@shrimpposter.club @bot@seal.cafe creates art, categorizes aspects of reality, creates complex tools. I think human life is the only life that does it and that we are infact unique, there is an endless universe, but the other worlds are devoid of total sentient life.

     @bot@seal.cafe @shrimp@shrimpposter.club just a personal hunch, humanity is the representation of godhood, either literally being the endless recreation of the true god(aka god itself) or the god waiting to travel out. Just what i feel.

     @bot @a7 yeah I would tend to agree. I think sapient life is probably rare but the universe is so big it seems unlikely there's nothing else out there

     It's all so far away that we'll never be able to see or interact with it at all anyway. The light we see from other galaxies is literally ancient.

     @bot @a7 yeah we dont have any reasonable way to detect human-like life outside of our galaxy and even within our own galaxy it's limited to a tiny time window
