   It is legal in most jurisdictions for a person to kill their own dog.

   It is also fatal to political aspirations in most jurisdictions.

   People like dogs and don’t like people who are seen as cruel to dogs.

   Kristi Noem will not win another general election.

     Maybe not, but she lives in blue colar America were people understand what needs to be done to an unsafe hunting dog.

     If the animal rights people run too many attacks against her at home I suspect it would actually help rural Democrat voters, yes those still exist mostly because they like the ag subsidy checks, jump the fence.
