     Historically speaking, it's not unusual for wealthy men to lend out their wives for monetary or political gain.

     Aristocrats did it in the court of Henry the VIII

     This isn't the first time Kristi Noem has publicly boasted of her capacity for cruelty.

     For conservatives, the cruelty is the point. Conservatives like cruelty in their candidates.
