     @sickburnbro scott adams book "How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big" has a part where he talks about leaving the corporate world because he was openly told hes not going to get promoted anytime soon because the company needs to start placing more women and minorities higher up. this was in the 80s so hes always been one of those boomers that knows to some degree, but never wanted to engage or think about the reality of it for a long time
