   frankly i don't think abortion should be between "a woman and her doctor" even for reasons other than the women aren't the only people who ever need abortions thing. ideally gatekeepers would not be necessary at all

     we should have trained non-doctor abortion professionals who are able to provide services in clean professional settings. if at all possible, abortion pills that are safe enough for otc should be developed
