  @sun annoying stuff like ads and search bar is possible to disable in ShutUp without making Windows broken so yeah I think it must be enough. Pardon my weird explanation.

  @sun my current windows 10 setup uses O&O ShutUp10++ (https://www.oo-software.com/en/shutup10, seems it's a toolbox of registry and group policy switches) and edited hosts file (https://gist.github.com/niutech/1f1c1518ce0eba7e8d429c812d39493d)
