The US dropped just 126,588 "meal equivalents" over North Gaza this last week during three sorties. There are ~300k people in the north. An MRE typically supplies around 1300 calories. Lets assume a person would need two a day to survive. Over a week, the north would need 4,200,000 meal equivalents.

The US is dropping ~3% of need. That is dropping, not delivering. 26 pallet bundles went into the sea. The US airdrop effort remains a token one.
