   @Thomas if the goal is for US companies to be able to complete with Chinese subsidized panels, then we have tariffs.

   Our whining about affordable cars and cheap energy (both good things???) shows the whole ass of who this system works for

     The prices of utilities are going negative for many people, resulting in utilities making less money.

     California passed a law that changed from paying people for the extra power to not, resulting in a loss of installer jobs as people lose the incentive.
