Politicians can't offer any hope to young people looking to escape rentoid hell without gigadeportations to chop housing demand down considerably. The interest rates don't seem like theyre going to get better any time soon, so it ultimately comes down to deleting total demand via mass removals. Honestly can't blame anyone VOOTING for whoever makes an anti-immigration pretense part of their campaign. Still essentially motivated by self interest, even if the odds of fulfillment are low. They'll be disappointed in the end, as we all are, but I still can't fault them for thinking there might be a chance.

@eee @nike Poors vs homeless are a different thing at the moment. A lot of them are temporary and had spiraling issues come at them at once. The fact that many of those are now long-term homeless is because of how bad things have been for the past few years. I just hope that we get, for once, some selfless actions by some of the boomers and older X'ers at the helm. Pipe dream of course, but one must hope.
