      @kaia Anything with a 3.5mm jack (combined heaphones+mic) or two (separate ports).

      Most seem to be unreliable usb.

      @kaia i think most headsets have meh microphone, if you need good microphone either go with modmic or use a condenser mic. It also makes selection easier because you just select headphones by their quality alone

      @kaia idk if it's good per se, but I use a Logitech g533 and I've never had complaints. It's also very cheap here (75 euros)

      @kaia I have the EPOS H6PRO open back and they're quite good.

      Keep in mind that EPOS is discontinuing its gaming lineup this year.

      Sennheiser Momentum headphones which I use when I go outside have mic and as such can pass as a headset. They have a wireless version, but I've never used those. I also can't tell if the microphone is any good, considering they are headphones first, but I've never received any complaints from those whom I talked to on the phone.
      Not a very relevant advice perhaps, but it's the closest thing to headset that I have ever used 😂

      @kaia If you want a wireless headset with good mic apparently the best there is (mic-wise) is Razer Blackshark V2 - it really sounds like a good studio mic.

      @kaia finding an online review that discusses microphone quality in any meaningful way is super difficult. i’m looking for a comm headset that makes me sound good, doesn’t look huge on cam, and works every time. music listening and gamer features irrelevant. will be watching replies 👀

      @kaia maybe something from Plantronics (currently known as Poly?)

      The only reason I know them and they have good audio for mics is because they were used by NASA 🤓

      @mountdiscovery by that logic I should look for whoever makes the listening devices for the CIA :aismart:

      @kaia why not?

      You're in Deutschland, arguably the birthplace of modern espionage and all the technological advancements considering its history after the world war.
