     That would figure.

     Though, I didn't think Brookings, which has the rep of being the more "liberal" foreign policy think tank, would go as far as more right-wing orgs like CSIS.

     Never said that they weren't. Only saying that I didn't expect it to be so explicit from them, as compared to a much more explicitly right-wing pro-Zionist shop like Center for Strategic International Studies.
