     the US wouldn't have asked Iran using a back channel to also them a "punch back" if they didn't want to do this.

     @AWIVR @LouisConde what is happening right now is they are learning that their strike on the embassy had a real cost.
     
     They are worried that their iron d'ohm didn't function as well as they hoped.
     
     There are a lot of calculations that go into this, but remember this important one:
     
     they are guaranteed thinking "do we need to strike now? their ability to piece the iron dome will only increase"
