   In Biloxi, Mississippi, an annual "Black Spring Break" event resulted in a grand total of sixty drug and gun arrests, according to police.
   
   The miniature crime surge is said to have sparked accusations of racism after the three-day-long celebration of "people of color" generated a whopping 740 emergency calls, including one report of a man wandering the beach with a gun.
