Chill Arrow (starbrother@universeodon.com)'s status on Thursday, 18-Apr-2024 06:04:48 JST Chill Arrow @georgetakei Mind control of a type. It's the only thing I can think of. I know of many smart people who voted for him. They actually speak intelligently, except, when they speak about 45 or Democrats, it's like a switch. They get angry, idiotic and childish. It boggles the mind.

LiveByReason (livebyreason@universeodon.com)'s status on Thursday, 18-Apr-2024 06:25:17 JST LiveByReason One thing has become clear about Trump voters: They don't believe him.
They don't believe him when he says he will be a dictator on his first day (Mrs. Roberts referred to that as "crazy comments"), suggesting she thinks it's just trump saying something crazy, but not what he'll actually *do*).
I've seen this with other conservatives I have talked to. The repeatedly say things to the effect of "Trump says a lot of crazy stuff, I don't like what he says, but he's a good President".
He already tried to overthrow a free and fair democratic election. If you haven't seen already that he absolutely does want to be a dictator, I don't understand how you have missed it, and don't believe him when he says stuff like he's going to get revenge on Democrats because he is being prosecuted for his crimes.
