   Hier ein zentraler Satz aus meiner Sicht:

   „In most cases, it will not be possible for large online platforms to comply with the requirements for valid consent if they confront users only with a binary choice between consenting to processing of personal data for behavioural advertising purposes and paying a fee“

   Ach ja, aus meiner persönlichen Sicht ist das Modell von Meta nicht einmal Pay or Consent, weil Daten weiter eingesammelt und verarbeitet werden. Also keine Rechtsgrundlage ersichtlich

     Der Europäische Datenschutzausschuss hat heute eine Opinion zum Thema „Pay or Consent“ bei großen Online-Plattformen wie Meta mit breiter Mehrheit beschlossen. Ich bin mit dem Inhalt an den entscheidenden Stellen sehr zufrieden und hatte heute in Brüssel dafür auch noch einmal geworben.
