     @DavidB Is the account on a server other than noauthority.social? I think Mastodon will show only limited information for accounts not on our server. I don't think servers will load posts from most other servers' accounts unless our accounts interact with them in some meaningful way. If you want to see their posts without interacting, you'll have to go to their server directly (by opening it in a web browser).
