     Has anyone considered that even if some males can actually be legitimate, biological mental or low-t hermaphrodites (taking the soft position for sake of argument), that dressing up like the opposite sex, or wanting to be the opposite sex to the point of permanently altering one's body, is in many cases a sign or symptom of mental illness, especially where a person claims to be possessed and has been institutionalized? Just a thought.

     There's actually a condition where a some males lack the enzyme necessary to convert test into dht. Dht is highly androgizing. They are often raised as girls. Sometimes at puberty, they produce sufficient testosterone to cause them to become straight males, but not always.
     
     The problem with dht is that it's not really a circulatory hormone. It's typically created and used locally in tissue, so I'm not sure whether injection is a ln option. Never looked at it though.
