   where the cost to clean water to the levels required could be over $300K to buy & $100K / year to operate.

   Notes that a SCOTUS ruling about Chevron deference could kill this new rule - we will see.

     @mhjohnson i'm not well read on the issue but the tinfoils seemed to say that's how they do it. disguise everything as 'environmental regs', grandfather the club members out of the laws, but make it expensive as possible for everyone else to operate.
