Look, I've been using GNOME for the past 4 years, and if there's anything that's made me switch to literally anything else, without any doubt its been the recent performance issues since 43, and how fucking petulant and braindead every GNOME developer is.

I don't know how we managed to fuck up this bad after the release of 40, it seemed like a nice breath of fresh air and it worked fairly well compared to 3.x, so hey, can't go wrong.

And oh did we go wrong.

I'm switching to Budgie on my next install, genuinely fuck this shit man.
