   It could be a 19 year old who hasn't figured out how not to hit on every girl he meets like Brock from Pokemon. A phase. A lamentation before introspection

   It could be a 35 year old man watching Andrew Tate and deciding that his issue is he's not "Alpha" enough or some similar garbage.

   It ain't a good phrase to utter.
