     No, every new features will always be free. We don't plan any business plans with Google.

     @apps hmm, I was thinking that you made it paid in the first place because people who use Play Store have already gave up their Identity to Google, and they probably enjoy the "benefits" of their ecosystem like Google Pay, and ... they can Buy apps directly from there...and manage subscriptions.. Etc...
     
     On Fdroid there's no way to monetize at least not yet, so you made it free, that's my understanding of it...
     
     Are you planning of introducting new features and making them paid ? ( making it a freemium app )

     @apps I loved that news, ran and installed it, but found it has issues with push notifications. Why is that so?
