     @NeoDelorean yeah, something is absolutely up. But the CRE market has been way stopped up for a long time. The only think that makes sense right now is that the sellers want to take the loss now, rather than later.

     @professionalbigot69 @NeoDelorean that's the theory, but as we've shown before zoning makes those unsuitable for houses. Most of them would be more profitable if they were demolished.
