     @mattly That was the reason I finally asked for help. No idea that I had ADHD at that time. But now it all makes sense, and I think the undiagnosed ADHD was the main reason for developing Dysthymia…

     @mattly Maybe? I am not an expert but that is the diagnosis I got (Dysthymia, Anxiety and ADHD). I asked for help because I didn’t want to pretend everything is okay anymore. But it feels like it has always been that way. Honestly I don’t know who that person is that is hiding under all those masks… but now I want to figure that out!
