     @coffeepine @davidho Not true! On Mont Royal Avenue, there is live music, sitting space, libraries, and community gardens. There are shops and stalls, but lots of open space, and you don't have to consume to participate.

     @davidho Almost. A lot of the places still look as if the only way to participate is by spending money and consume.
