   Suspecting that my gaming habits have become too stressful rather than relaxing on top of everything else. You don't just find yourself with high blood pressure randomly for no reason. I thought I was coping with my stress levels pretty well but I've been proven wrong.

     physical labor is extremely underrated in my opinion. when my desk job starts getting to me, I go outside and dig holes, always makes me feel better

     As I've gotten into my 30s, none of my friends want to do anything like sports anymore. I wish somebody would just go to the big field and throw the nerf vortex around with me.

     Yes that would be ideal but I can't go do the things a normal White man needs to do and not go to jail where my stress levels will go even higher.

     I’m serious. it’s easy to get a teaching certificate if you have a bachelor’s
     
     and if not, just go work ten hours a week at an after school dealie
