     @WarnerCrocker My immediate thoughts:

     - This is a kinda big fail on the DNC's part if this statute has existed since 1975.

     - It also probably doesn't matter if Biden is on the Alabama ballot? Alabama hasn't voted blue since Jimmy Carter in 1976.
