Chechnya's banning of music outside the 80–116 BPM range makes me wonder how they would theoretically handle music from the #dub spectrum.

However, the most immediate example that comes to mind is a piece by pro-islamist dub producer Muslimgauze which is without doubt already illegal in Chechnya; this because it is dedicated to the idea of Chechnyan independence from Russia:
