     Yeah, I've got a few books on modern medicine, that dissect, so many many lies. It got to the point where, I felt like it would be easier to just, learn my concepts of medicine from scratch than to salvage from what is widely taught.

     AMA is rockefeller shit so is a disasterpiece by default.
     
     ... acctually the FDA isn't too bad by its original mandate. They overstepped it immediately. But people did want a labelling agency that wasn't medical police it just checked that the bottles were labelled correctly. Amputate everything but that function and they're a pretty good idea.

     @hazlin @NEETzsche @jamie there were ironically alt med people who voted for the FDA for that reason. they also wanted to make sure whatever weird herb they bought was in fact the weird herb. and there were assurances at the time that's all they were going to be doing.

     Hm-m-m… At least now I know what type of journalists everyone seems to hate so much. Not the type that I prefer — investigative journos, these I think do a pretty decent job most of the time and at times even risk their lives.
