   AND Knight Specialty Insurance Company doesn’t promise it will pay the money if Trump loses his $464 million bank fraud case on appeal.

     Kinda hard to be an assurity in the State of NY if you won’t, you know, actually assure that you’ll pay the bond at the conclusion of the case. So IOW they’ll be disqualified on this and several other fronts.
