   @tokyo_0 @hugo Do you happen to have anything useful you found for the Chen style? That's the one I learned way back in the late 90s, and I really wish I were able to remember the full forms better than I do after all these years.

     just on the off chance: does anyone out there have recommendations for resources to learn the basics of the simplified Yang-style 24-form Tai Chi sequence on your own?

     video, online materials, recorded classes, anything else.

     for sure. there's almost too much of it, which makes it hard to navigate for a newbie.

     did you find online materials useful? I had a live teacher for a short time, more than a quarter century ago, but as things stand at the moment I'd rather train without other people around.

     @ryanrandall I did find a bunch of good stuff on a YouTube channel, but it was a few years ago now so I can't remember what it was called. I think I saved a couple of the videos though so I may be able to find it. Will get back you as soon as I've had a chance to look for it. @hugo

     @ryanrandall Found it! (Sorry, I wasn't sure how long it would take) The best videos I found were all on this account: https://www.youtube.com/@houfred155 The full Chen 18-form is there, and all bar two of the video series for the 74-form are there as well. I found the missing two (albeit without English subtitles) here today: https://www.youtube.com/@kepingruan5779 Hope that helps! @hugo
