This is a prime example of over-praising Japan that doesn't go along with facts. Japan is always used as a tool by people so they can have a country to fantasize about. Not even the strongest passport.

I used to get into an argument with my ex about it. She is a “‘Japan’ worshipper”. ROFL.
Me: “Eh 'di dun ka na tumira, ba't nandito ka pa?”
ex: “Ayoko dun, gusto ko sa US.”
Me: O_o “Mas gusto mo tumira sa bansa na maraming issue at kaaway, kesa sa paradise Japan?”
ex: *stares angrily at me*HAHAHAHA. Typical conversation whenever she steered our conversation to how perfect Japan is.
