     I did my pre-order later in the evening of the first day and got my bonus code sometime the next morning. The actual expansion key will be some time closer to launch if I remember correctly.

     I'm guessing you probably already checked the spam folder. I know they send them out in order but we should be well past the high demand situation from before. Might be worth putting in a support ticket?

     @SolSoCoG in my case I got the key in 5 minutes, but the preorder bonuses took around 8 hours to process ingame, probably helped that in Spain we have our own copy of the SE store website.

     @uri yeah I got a DE- order number from german sqex store. I went ahead and submitted a ticket, didn't see anyone waiting for over 2 days, still on my first playthrough at level 84, those ear rings would come in handy! https://finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/character/47167211/

     I wasn't getting it automatically somehow. Got a response on the ticket after 75h of preorder, they gave me the preorder key manually via ticket.
