I haven't tried it myself, I'm afraid, as I'm not here for the money. ;)
It was the first time that I read soemthing like this, and as Twitter and TikTok are problematic, to say the least, for artists, etc., I posted it here. Maybe it is an alternative for some.

Good idea.
Yes, reach/availability of sources or free content, the trade off.
For me (so far) absence of a corporate control and, particularly, the absence of an algorithm were my chief reasons.
Apart from that, people here are awesome in general, whereas on the corporate platforms you have a hard time finding them and muting the "haters."

This project looks pretty interesting. I've just joined their Matrix room to ask some questions about the project (first question: how do i try it?)
But anyways, I'm not here for the money either. I actually joined the fediverse for free content for all but I'm starting to get more lenient of that idea of the fediverse.

I am sorry to waste your time regarding this. In my view, the verdict is still out on the right approach towards #Meta/ #Threads: instance-level block or not.
This was just my opinion, which coincides with many admins.
I will try to remember the # Fediblock sensitivity, though.
