Good people of Mastodon I am in dire straights currently. I am renting a vehicle through Lyft and last week it malfunctioned. I had to have thr vehicle towed and I was charged $250 for that service. On top of that Lyft charged me for the full week's rental even though I didn't have the vehicle for the week. I've been on the phone all morning trying to get the rental fee prorated.
