Every time I drink Shifeng Longjing I realize all over again why everyone gets so excited for this green tea every spring. It's that perfect balance of sweet and nutty.

Or you can get last year's here, which is what I'm drinking now: https://sevencups.com/shop/shi-feng-long-jing-shi-feng-dragon-well/
Prep is really easy. I steep at 75° C but it's very forgiving, and you won't get the bitter notes even if you steep in boiling water, unlike more finicky green teas. People like to drink it "grandpa style" where you just keep the leaves in water, drink off the top, and add more hot water as you go.
