I wonder if you could wait until the squatter isn't in the house and then just move someone else in and say they you can't do anything about it because they're squatters too -

@Moon Yes, someone already did that and it worked. The guy snuck into his own house and changed the locks, said that he was renting from the squatter and won Sexy Moon likes this. -

@Moon It's because the law of tenancy goes way, way back to feudal times. If you dig far enough you can probably demand that the squatters provide you with the services of an armed and mounted knight, but not during Lent, or something like that.
