   @TimeSpent bullshit, the centrifuge force remains the same but liquid water is more dense so when it distributes cross the oceans it may reduce the angular velocity making the spin slower, not faster. However, the real threat is that the chink pests messed up the Earth's rotation by building a massive dam that holds an extreme amount of water in a small geographic point for clout:
