     @Moon @lamp Anything not scraped disappears off the internet, plus corpo also scrspes for a lot of reasons. Maybe you need a rate limit instead?
     
     Even home connections are 40gbit+ now and much of the world does 1gbit+, data usage won't stop. :Thinker:

     @Do @lamp our pipe already has it but for some reason the adapter in my server won't recognize it. I'll be upgrading the OS sometime and hoping that fixes it.

As much as I'm in favor of the general ability to scrape for a variety of reasons and for the fediverse to work at all, the rate limiting must work or no realistic server will be able to keep up. :ConcernedAwoo: Do you get 20gbps to your premises at a reasonable price or somewhere else?
