   @sommer Hooray for this! Being visibly confused is a superpower. It’s amazing how it lower defenses, draws out knowledge, erases barriers, and engages people. At least 1/2 of your job sounds pretty great to me.

     Pretty sure at least 1/2 my job is being confused in shared spaces so that everyone says all the things and we all know more at the end somehow.
