   @sparrowsion In Portugal, it's on your citizen card (or residency card in my case). Also, you can go online and download a tax certificate with it on.

     @pseudomonas If you tried to do it in Portugal, they'd be like, "I am not trying to sell you electricity. Why are you giving me this?"
