     Rufus is nice, but Ventoy and MediCat are better.

     Ventoy allows your to pile on bootable ISO's to any flash drive or even external hard drive without the need to flush the drive every time you add a program.

     MediCat uses Ventoy as a tool to preload distro installation ISO's and nearly every diagnostic/repair tool you need. Also, I believe it also has Windows To Go, or you can easily download it and transfer it there as an ISO.

     And, both are absolutely FREE.
