   @dysfun@social.treehouse.systems @chjara@akko.wtf Broadwell is known-buggy, microcode update is mandatory, otherwise it's known to crash randomly on Windows too, perhaps less frequently. Amusingly, the Skylake follow-up has an even more embarrassing lockup bug - reproducible just by running Prime95 for a few days. Makes you wonder how does that even pass Intel's QA if random PC gamers can spot it. https://danluu.com/cpu-bugs/
