     @arcana @Arcana tags for fixed releases, branches for ongoing versions. usually.
     
     like if you are still maintaining an old version you have a v2 branch to hold the latest 2.x and the v3 to hold the latest 3.x and trunk is just whatever the latest crap being merged in is at the time
