Consistently allows bigoted slurs and 4chan-adjacent behavior on this site. The sysadmin often interacts with extremely bigoted individuals. One user on this instance uses the r word constantly.

  Dushman, this was uncalled for regardless of what you think about their reasoning for calling a fediblock.
  They have their right to think what they want. Sure, you can ask about things in a decent, polite police way, but don't do this crap or you actively work against the effort we're putting in the past few days to be better.

  Disregard the following post, raccoon.quest is an adequately moderated instance that has just recently revised their code of conduct to account for problematic behaviour on the instance.
  
  Anyone echo chamber instances are encouraged to #fediblock us at your earliest convenience, we won't curtail our freedom of speech and expression to ensure everyone is comfortable, that's what the block function is for.
  
  Our instance owner @raccoon has assured us that they will strive to strike a healthy balance that is both inclusive and tolerant of other people and their views while ensuring that genuine instances of targeted harassment are appropriately addressed.

    DRQ will now officially start to be a bit more strict with what our users can and can't post. Recent events gave me something to consider and I believe that simply asking our members to avoid a language that may be offensive to some isn't asking too much. Because people change and grow, I had points of view and they changed after some recent conversations. Moving forward I want this instance to be more welcoming and make people feel comfortable. Should anyone feel like this is not an acceptable request I encourage them to seek greener pastures and go where they can post anything they want. I still believe that guilt by association is wrong, if our users follow our rules but interact with people from other instances that behave differently they won't be banned as long as their post follow our rules.
