     @steveo1049 @PaulSchleifer I probably wouldn't go that far. Inadequate infrastructure played its part. What I find most shameful are the comments from investigators.

     @CloudyMrs @PaulSchleifer - It seems to me the sentence should have been life imprisonment! This is homicide, and presumably the HGV operator was a licensed “professional” driver! Inexcusable!
