   I won't put Meta products on my phone, but I need to access features on the work #Instagram account that aren't available on desktop, so I run IG on #NoxPlayer (Android emulator).

   Last night Instagram logged out all users (apparently as part of rolling out features to throttle political content). I couldn't log back into IG on Nox. ("Unknown error, try again.")

   - Cleared cache. Didn't work.
   - Installed update. Didn't work.
   - Uninstalled & reinstalled. This worked!

     If you happen to use Instagram:

     1. Get it off your phone (get all Meta products off your phone). They are major data privacy hazards.
     2. If like me you sometimes need phone-only features, I'm happy with NoxPlayer (for my needs) and would recommend.

     I ran out of characters there....

     I looked around and didn't see anyone else reporting this problem, so I'm writing up my fix, which granted is troubleshooting 101, but perhaps I can save others from steps 1 & 2.
