   Yeah not gonna lie. I still don't see the appeal of making use of multiple accounts across multiple fediverse instances.
   I'd rather just be me everywhere I go and not a character.

     @10leej I just wish their was a way to mirror your profile across multiple instances. Having a second instance would really help with the single point of failure issue

     @dcc @10leej doesn't really solve any problem. If the server dies, you still lose your data. If the server is offline, you still can't log in.

     You can make data backups on pleroma, but its not like this is very valuble data anyways. Making your own instance is the only way to ensure you keep your data.
