   So the “let’s bash Aral” thread apparently continues as folks crawl out from under their rocks. Besides learning that I apparently had over 100K+ followers on Twitter (didn’t) to set on people (what a tyrant) I apparently also *checks notes*… spoke disrespectfully about the CCC.

   Folks, what can I say, it’s true.

   There was also one time I left the toilet seat up. I’m not proud of it. I just totally forgot.

   I’m sorry.

   Now, let’s get back to stopping #Israel from committing #genocide in #Gaza.

     2/2 (For those of you who might not know, CCC stands for Chaos Computing Club. It is an organisation that no one should ever speak disrespectfully about ­– or else! Seriously. Like people remember these things. As the old saying goes “it’s not worse than antisemitism, but still”.)

     @shalf @aral I've kind of assumed that CCC is big and influential enough that it probably has some flaws mixed in with the good it's done.
