   I have no real intention from moving from Linux/openSUSE. The only OS that I really, really, really love and hope to one-day move to full-time is Haiku. That being said, I looked into FreeBSD last night over someone's post on here and it honestly looked pretty comfy and straightforward when compared to modern Linux.

     @Moon@shitposter.club As far as Linux distributions go I genuinely think it's the best. Unless you have more niche requirements that might necessitate something like Gentoo or NixOS...for a general purpose "normal" Linux distribution, I've never seen any that compares to the level of stability, functionality, quality of life, and out of the box experience provided by openSUSE.

     @Moon@shitposter.club I believe that dnf is like 80% functional on openSUSE and they both use .rpms. I personally have never had issues with zypper, though a lot of people give it a hard time for some reason. I love YaST. YaST is so powerful and nice and such a great QoL addition to the distribution.

     @Moon @adiz I love opensuse, it's my secondary distro since it does most of the same things I configure on my arch system, like plasma desktop, btrfs snapshooting, full disk encryption without exposed boot partion (and it has the only gui installer that I know supports that)
